Ordering & Shipping
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.
If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Order not received
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 7 days of processing, please email email@example.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you. Feel free to chat to check the status as well.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or FPO & APO addresses.
If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been signed for at your Shop & Ship address.
Refunds / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organize the return of your item quoting your order number. Returned items should be received within 30 days. The item will be refunded and not exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
If goods are damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
